Bearing Supply Loader

: Supply ABS bearings from external equipment to this unit.

ABS Tone Wheel Presser

: Pressing ABS tone wheel into an ABS bearing and inspecting the pressing result with
  a road cell and a liner pulse sensor.

Tone Wheel Loading Bar

: Supply ABS tone wheel into the equipment.

RUN-OUT inspection Stage

: Checking the ABS Tone wheel quality after pressing.

ABS Sensor Cap Presser

: Pressing ABS Sensor Cap in to an ABS bearing and inspecting the pressing result.

Inspection Stage

: Holding an ABS wheel bearing during measurement time at high rotating speed.
  (normally 250rpm)

Main Electrical Box

: Including PLC(ProgrammaleLogicController), the components in this box controls
  each moving parts and operation.

OP Panel

: Controlling each part's movement manually with the rotating switches to check the
  movement condition.

Signal Tower

: Showing the current operation of the inspection unit.

Display Monitor

: Showing the current states, operation signals and the testing result. And more the touch
  function can control options without a keyboard or mouse. ( A keyboard and a mouse
  are in the default package )

Industrial PC

: Pentium I7 Industrial PC including data acquisition system, determining the quality of
  object. ( Object means each ABS Tone-wheel in a bearing)

Transfer Unit

: Transferring an ABS bearing between each station.

Measurement Ability

• Upper units support many kinds of Tone-wheel ABS sensors. Today most kinds of automobiles has ABS(Anti-Lock Breaking System) function. For this function, ECU(Automobile's CPU) has to know the current speed of wheel(tires) when to stop a car to be safe pushing a break pedal in a car on dangerous condition such as on wet motorway or a sudden stop.

• So ABS sensor is one of those the needed parts. The types of the ABS sensors in use are separated with ACTIVE, PASSIVE,GAUSS and Bi-directional sensor. These sensors generates the different output signal waves per each type when detecting each tooth of ABS Tone-wheel. This unit is compatible with the upper four kinds of sensor types, ACTIVE, PASSIVE, GAUSS and Bi-directional but they are optional function which customer can choose.

Monitoring touch Panel

• To monitoring the current operation or the current error state including the alarm messages, this unit has a touch monitor to show the information people directly and easy way in front of the OP panel. Through this touch panel, user can control the each movement of the parts instead of the OP panel switches, monitors the current operation state and also inputs /outputs of internal sensors including PLCI/Os.( * PLC is an internal controldevice)
