Main Electrical Box

: Including PLC(ProgrammableLogicController), the components in this box controls
  each moving parts and operation.

: Showing the current states, operation signals and the testing result. And more the touch
  function can control options without a keyboard or mouse.

: Supplying the accurate supply voltage to inspection system.

Rotation Motor

: Simulating the wheel's rotating.

Magnetizer

: Supplying the magnetizing voltage and generating power for magnetizing for multi-poles.

1^st / 2^nd Loading Bar

: Holding an ABS wheel bearing during measurement time at high rotating speed.

: Transferring an ABS bearing between each station.

What is the ABS encoder seal ?

• Oil seals are used in a lots of bearing components to close spaces between stationary and moving parts in mechanical one, helping preventing lubricant like grease escape. These also block harmful containments when mechanical part are in operation so oil seals protect all type of precision-constructed ball, sleeve and rolling bearing. This kind of oil seal is usd in ABS Wheel bearing and below image shows the structure.

• But ABS encoder seals ( called Magnetic encoder seal ) are more special function. it has not only the basic function of the oil seal but also tone-wheel function. How can it be possible ? The general encoder seals shapes below and it has core and rubber materials on it.
• 
• ABS encoder seals are covered on it with the material of ferrite rubber to be magnetized instead of the general rubber. Our magnetizer has some user interface button and user can configure the environment of magnetizing on ABS encoder seal including selecting number of poles. Our magnetizing stage consists below.

• When a ABS encoder seal coated with ferriteis put on the collet jig, the stage rotates. And Yokecoil close to the surface of an encoder seal then magnetizing process begins.Below picture is an magnetized ABS encoder seal viewing through a magnet viewer film.

• The each next by next N and S pole activates tooth of physical tone-wheel. Because of this feature, ABS encoder (magnet encoder) seal is more cost effective component integrated with tone-wheel's and oil seal's for one of the rotational bearing parts.

Measurement Ability

• This unit measures the magnetic flux density of ABS encoder seal with Gauss senor when rotating speed at 250RPM.
  (* This speed of rotation can be adjusted. ) The gauss sensor signal from the ABS magnetized encoder sealis normally sine wave like below picture.

• From this signal data, this unit determine the quality of the each magnetizing N/S pole on ABS encoder seal.

Monitoring touch Panel

• To monitoring the current operation or the current error state including the alarm messages, this unit has a touch monitor to show the information people directly and easy way in front of the OP panel. Through this touch panel, user can control the each movement of the parts instead of the OP panel switches, monitors the current operation state and also inputs /outputs of internal sensors including PLCI/Os.( * PLC is an internal control device)
