Fully fast automation equipment for inspection of ABS Tone-wheel bearing in factory automation assembly line.

Between machines in customer's factory automationline, this unit can probe and inspect various ABS Tone-wheel bearings as the best quality and high performance in short time. (The input and output interface from before and after machines should be added)* The outgoing is differ from each customer's request.
Description of exterior
- The appearance is different from requesting of customers but the general composition and shapes are almost similar to below one.
- Main Electrical Box
- : Including PLC, the components in this box control seach moving parts and operation.

- : Showing the current states, operation signals and the testing result. And more the touch
function can control options without a keyboard or mouse.
(A keyboard and a mouse are in the default package) - Transfer Unit
- : Transferring an ABS bearing between each station.
- Sensor Moving Stage
- : Installing various sensors per ABS Tone-wheel and gathering signals.
- Rotation Motor(inside)
- : Simulating the wheel's rotating.

- : Pentium I7 Industrial PC including data acquisition system, determining the quality of object.

Measurement Ability
- Upper units support many kinds of Tone-wheel ABS sensors. Today most kinds of automobiles has ABS(Anti-Lock Breaking System) function. For this function, ECU(Automobile's CPU) has to know the current speed of wheel(tires) when to stop a car to be safe pushing a break pedal in a car on dangerous condition such as on wet motorway or a sudden stop.

- So ABS sensor is one of those the needed parts. The types of the ABS sensors in use are separated with ACTIVE, PASSIVE,GAUSS and Bi-directional sensor. These sensors generates the different output signal waves per each type when detecting each tooth of ABS Tone-wheel. This unit is compatible with the upper four kinds of sensor types, ACTIVE, PASSIVE, GAUSS and Bi-directional but they are optional function which customer can choose.
( * The option means the application program and some mechanical jigs are changed following the measurement object)

Monitoring touch Panel
- To monitoring the current operation or the current error state including the alarm messages, this unit has a touch monitor to show the information people directly and easy way in front of the OP panel. Through this touch panel, user can control the each movement of the parts instead of the OP panel switches, monitors the current operation state and also inputs /outputs of internal sensors including PLCI/Os.( * PLC is an internal controldevice)
